Shipping Policy

Please take a moment to review our shipping policies:

Cost & Exemptions:

  • Please note that all pricing is in Canadian Dollars.
  • The standard shipping rate for Canadian residents (excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and any international shipments) is $14.99 per order.
  • Orders over $99.99 (after applying coupons and before tax) are eligible for FREE SHIPPING (excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and any international shipments).
  • If a promotional discount is being used, free shipping is based on the total AFTER the discount has been applied. Taxes do not count towards free shipping.
  • All orders to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and any international shipments are subject to an Additional Handling Charge. Please call or email for details. This charge will be billed via PayPal after the original order has been processed.
  • If you live in a Extended shipping zone, you will receive a PayPal bill after your original order has been made for the shipping charges.

Shipping Used Golf Balls to Ontario

Taxes & Duties:

  • Any Tariffs/Taxes/Duties collected by a local government is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Applicable taxes will be applied to your order based upon the billing address.

Tracking:

  • FedEx, UPS or Canada Post tracking info will be provided the following business day (Monday – Friday) of placing your order. If for some reason you do not see a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folders.
  • Orders will usually be shipped the same day that the tracking info is provided, however, it can sometimes take a few extra days to ship the order.
  • If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by one of our Customer Service Agents.
  • FedEx, UPS or Canada Post standard ground is used for all orders.
  • For Canadian residents it can take approximately 2-10 business days (Monday – Friday) to receive your order (depending on location). Time in transit does not include the day the item leaves our facility.
  • Orders are shipped with No Signature Required and the carrier will leave the package(s) at locations they deem safe. If you wish to have your order shipped requiring a signature, please reach out via email. Stolen packages are the responsibility of the Customer if Signature Required For Delivery is not requested.

International Customers:

  • International Customers are asked to phone in their order requests directly to 1-877-453-2255 to ensure their credit card information is verified before shipping the order. Golfballs.ca will issue a PayPal bill to overseas customers, even if they do not have a PayPal account. Please call or email for a shipping quote.
  • International orders can take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
